Leaving a Legacy . . .
Leaving a legacy very simply is planning to make a gift. The most common Planned Gift received by the church is a Bequest. The tax benefit from a Bequest accrues to the donor's estate. This enables you to set aside money or other wealth for ministry and mission that is important to you and your faith community well into the future. It will ensure that the work of Jesus Christ continues in areas like children and youth ministry, music, worship, outreach, special projects - any worthy cause that allows your faith community to be all it can be.
Some Ideas for your consideration . . .

Your gift shall be used only for the purposes in which they have been directed, or if no direction is given, by direction of your Church Council for important missions and ministry at Southminster.
